PRODUCT SYSTEM MANAGER STAKEHOLDERS / CS / SÃO PAULO, ARGENTINA, MEXICO

GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:

The are of Project management and Breeding ownership works on key projects for Bayer Crop Science such as Smart Corn System and Tailored Solutions for Asian Soybean Rust.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Analyze and understand key information to deliver product concepts;
• that improve sustainability and tailored solutions;
• Work close with LATAM Breeding product development team strategies and LRP and supports execution for integrated product concepts;
• Support the implementation of Precision Product Placement (PPP);
• Valuation and Analytics Implementation with key partners;
• Connect with Plant Health, Biotech and Field Solutions teams in order to support the system product concept;
• Understand and analyze Native Traits and Chemistry interaction as well as new traits and environmental potential interactions;
• Be able to analyze key indicators to understand Production Systemsand drive decision;
• Integrate Digital Farming Solutions data (FieldView) with Breeding & Market Development data to support the development new products and production systems;
• Supports and aligns product development strategy execution across LATAM to contribute to crop seed businesses in the region;
• Support HS&E, Compliance, Business Conduct and Human Rights focus and culture in the region.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• PhD or Msc with experience in Genetics, Plant Pathology, Statistics, or Agricultural Science related topic;
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal with fluent English and/or Portuguese/Spanish;
• Very strong influence and demonstrated leadership skills;
• Strong knowledge in germplasm, chemistry and interactions in product systems;
• Results orientation, fast pace, and attention to details.
